Home More Pictures Hidden Mickeys
Just when you think you will never get to go to "Didney" again, God provides.....
We celebrated our 33rd anniversary there with Scott, Kristie, Timothy, Stephen and Jonah
We also spotted a couple of new Hidden Mickeys (or Hittin Mickeys as Jonah called them)
We stayed at Pop Century in the Jungle Book building
First thing in the morning on our first day - notice how fresh everyone looks
On the way to breakfast
The hat stores are always so much fun
Scott and Kristie in the Mad Hatter's tea cups
Timothy and Stephen rode by themselves. Jonah rode with us and insisted on "driving". At least he had fun.
Flat Stanley visits Toontown
Only 11:30 on the first day. Waiting to have lunch with Pooh and friends. Beginning before he got out of bed, Jonah's question was "Why can't we have breakfast with Tigger?"
Jonah was o.k. with Piglet, but knew Tigger was on the way.
Piglet and the Fieldslets
Scott holding Jonah back as Tigger approaches
The highlight of his day
Nothing like a big Tigger hug
Tigger and the gang
I know you.
Eeyore and his posse
Guess who is Kristie's favorite character?
Jonah wondering who is next
Timothy was not feeling well, but a hug from Memaw always makes it better.
(Actually, the healing moment was the ride on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad)
Do I have to have my picture made with Pooh?

Timothy turned around and got a surprise
Brer Fox had tapped him on the shoulder

More waiting......
Are we there yet?
Inside the Peter Pan ride
I didn't think these would turn out......
Jonah and Gaga riding Dumbo. I tried to get Jonah to sit in the first empty one we came to but he said "ugh, no - it's pink". I guess purple is ok.
We did Buzz Lightyear three times
A boy and his hat. Actually, the next day, we used this hat as a marker to locate Jonah in the crowds
At the end of the first day. After this we went to Epcot and ate. Then all the males went back to the room, while the females continued ride things.
Day two - Animal Kingdom
The boys loved the Tree of Life
That is Expedition Everest (a roller coaster) in the background

The safari
More safari
More animals (Do you think that is why they call it Animal Kingdom?)
A great picture of the boys. Wonder if that is because Stitch is a kindred spirit?
Still going strong
Us at a photo spot......
Stephen waited all day to see Donald.
Gaga waited all day to see Goofy. I am still soaked from the Kali river rapids
After leaving Animal Kingdom park, we went to the Animal Kingdom Lodge to eat dinner. (One of our all-time favorite places to eat). We had early reservations and were there when it opened. Timoty and Stephen were picked to play the ceremonial drums opening the restaurant.

Jonah grooving to the beat
Then they let Jonah play the drums. They presented all three boys with certificates making them official Boma drummers.
After Dinner we went to MGM. These are the Christmas lights on New York Street. These are the lights that used to be in Arkansas. Sorry for the bad picture.
The last morning, packing up to leave.
Outside the hotel. This is good of Scott's family, don't you think?
Another shot at the hotel
And another shot at the hotel
Sam stayed at Josh and Anslie's with "my cousin Aaron". Abigail was not feeling well when we stopped back by.
We thought she would be happy to see Uncle Scott
We were wrong.
Scott's car.....
Jonah was happy to see Sam
And Aaron was happy to see all of us.
