We continued to move forward in May. The building guys moved right along. The electrician got started. Sawnee Power began the work of running power to the site. The graders came back the last week of the month to backfill Building J and start the fine grading. Also, the mason built the wall between the office and the storage area of Building A.
We also started the process of turning the road over to the county. (That has created a whole 'nother set of "war stories").
We are close to a design for our street sign and hope to have that installed in June. We are in the process of deciding on gate/fence/security systems and plan to have that start in June, also.
We are an official merchant for credit card processing and are selecting a vendor for our retail products.

June starts off with the construction of two more retaining walls, the framing of the office and the metal construction for the second floor of Building J. The electrical will continue and the plumbing rough-in and the HVAC work will happen this month.
As soon as we can put sheathing on the office, the stucco/brick guy can do his thing. Storefront windows and doors will be ordered in a few days.
Fine grading will resume as soon as the walls are poured and then fencing, paving, and landscaping will happen. In the meantime we will do the tenant work of the office.
We actually might open in July.
